Senior Service Delivery Manager

We're seeking two experienced Senior Service Delivery Managers to lead the delivery and continual improvement of critical Application Services within National Highways' Digital Services function.
This role will focus on service performance, stakeholder management, operational excellence and ensuring new and existing application services deliver outstanding outcomes for users.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Application Service Delivery across a complex technology landscape.
- Drive service performance, availability, governance and continual improvement.
- Manage senior stakeholder and supplier relationships.
- Lead service reviews, KPI reporting and operational performance.
- Support service transition and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage and develop a team of Service Delivery Managers.
- Act as a senior escalation point for service issues and risks.
Required Experience
- Proven Service Delivery Management experience in large-scale environments.
- Strong ITIL and Service Management knowledge.
- Experience managing application support services.
- Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills.
- Track record of delivering service improvements and operational excellence.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
Ideal Background
- Public sector, infrastructure or complex enterprise environments.
- Experience within Digital Services or technology operations functions.
