What You'll Be Doing:
As a Senior Site Agent, you'll be responsible for safely managing your section of works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and supervise site teams and supply chain partners.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor project activities and progress.
- Manage work packages, costs and programme performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and CDM requirements.
- Resolve technical issues and implement value engineering solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors.
- Support forecasting, reporting and commercial activities.
- Lead site meetings and ensure teams work from the latest design information.
- Develop and manage team performance, capability and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
- HNC qualification (or higher) in a relevant discipline.
- SMSTS and relevant CSCS card.
- Strong civil engineering and site management experience.
- Knowledge of CDM 2015 and NEC contracts.
- Experience managing complex work packages and project teams.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical information.
- Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CAD software.
- TWC and First Aid qualifications (desirable).
