Senior Site Agent

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Senior Site Agent, you'll be responsible for safely managing your section of works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and supervise site teams and supply chain partners.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor project activities and progress.
• Manage work packages, costs and programme performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and CDM requirements.
• Resolve technical issues and implement value engineering solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Support forecasting, reporting and commercial activities.
• Lead site meetings and ensure teams work from the latest design information.
• Develop and manage team performance, capability and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

• HNC qualification (or higher) in a relevant discipline.
• SMSTS and relevant CSCS card.
• Strong civil engineering and site management experience.
• Knowledge of CDM 2015 and NEC contracts.
• Experience managing complex work packages and project teams.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical information.
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CAD software.
• TWC and First Aid qualifications (desirable).
