They are currently looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their London team.
The Role
As Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating site activities and subcontractors.
- Leading works through key construction stages.
- Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
- Managing short-term programmes and coordinating labour, materials and resources.
- Working closely with the Project Manager, design team, commercial team and wider site management.
- Monitoring progress and identifying potential issues before they impact programme or quality.
- Maintaining exceptionally high standards of health, safety and site presentation.
- Coordinating inspections, quality control and snagging activities.
- Managing subcontractor performance and ensuring works are completed to the required standard.
- Maintaining effective communication with all project stakeholders.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager with a strong background in major construction or complex refurbishment projects.
Candidates must have proven experience in both Cut & Carve and Structural Steel.
You will also ideally have:
- Proven experience working as a Senior Site Manager or similar.
- Experience delivering large-scale commercial, hotel, residential or complex refurbishment projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, logistics and site management.
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trades.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A strong understanding of health & safety and quality requirements.
- The ability to lead teams confidently while maintaining a collaborative approach.
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and strong attention to detail.
