The Role
As Senior Site Manager, you'll take the lead in delivering major construction projects valued at £15 million and above. Working alongside experienced project teams, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
This role offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging schemes while developing your career within a supportive and forward-thinking business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of major construction projects.
- Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
- Maintain the highest standards of health & safety, quality and programme performance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and the wider project team.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any site-related issues.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the site management team.
About You
You'll ideally have:
- Experience as a Senior Site Manager or an experienced Site Manager ready to step up onto larger, more complex projects.
- A proven track record delivering projects for a main contractor.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, quality standards and health & safety legislation.
- A proactive approach and a commitment to delivering projects to the highest standards.
