Senior Site Manager – £30m Project

We’re working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor who are looking to bring an experienced Senior Site Manager into their team for a major £30m project in Huddersfield.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Yorkshire and the wider region.

The Role:

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the project on site
• Lead and manage Site Managers, subcontractors and site teams
• Drive programme, quality, health & safety and delivery
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and wider project team
• Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme
• Attend progress and coordination meetings
• Ensure all works are completed to the required standards

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager with a Tier 1/main contractor
• Experience managing projects around £20m+
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
• Good understanding of health & safety and quality requirements
• Confident managing subcontractors and large site teams
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
