The role could be at a senior structural engineer level as a hands on project running designer, or for an Associate to be involved in taking a lead role in the growth and development of their new, small office in Canterbury. You would need to be an experienced all round buildings designer, and ideally you will be MIStructE or MICE qualified.
The longer term plan is for this office to become around 10 staff. The Director and office space are already in place.
This is a design led practice with exciting and challenging architecturally led work, a focus on sustainability and a "thinking outside the box" approach.
You should be keen to work on a variety of projects, often award-winning, ranging from small to large scale in all areas of new build and refurb.
There is a high proportion of Chartered Engineer at the practice.
The office is a creative studio environment. Ideas sharing is important and there are regular CPD sessions.
