Joining a collaborative and highly experienced structures team in Newcastle, you'll lead projects from initial concept through to completion, taking responsibility for structural design, technical delivery and client relationships. Working across steel, reinforced concrete, timber, masonry and hybrid structures, you'll produce practical, efficient and sustainable engineering solutions while collaborating closely with architects, civil engineers and the wider design team to bring ambitious projects to life.

Beyond the technical delivery, you'll play an important part in mentoring junior engineers, reviewing designs, supporting project planning and helping to maintain the high standards the business is known for. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own projects while being backed by a team of experienced Chartered Engineers who value collaboration and knowledge sharing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UK building structures consultancy, with experience delivering projects through all design stages and confidence using industry-standard structural analysis software. You'll either be Chartered or well on your way, with ambitions to continue progressing into a leadership role over the coming years.
