In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of structural engineering projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, architects, and contractors. You'll oversee technical design, manage project teams, review calculations and drawings, and play an active role in developing junior staff. The company operates a hybrid model, offering three days in the office and two days working from home, alongside flexible working hours.

The Role:

• Lead the design and delivery of structural engineering projects
