The Role

Joining as a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the delivery of critical SCADA and reporting systems supporting a major infrastructure project. Your daily tasks will include designing, developing, implementing, and supporting AVEVA System Platform, ProcessVUE, and MSSQL Reporting Services solutions. You will collaborate closely with project teams, support system integration, and produce detailed technical documentation.

You will have the following qualifications & experience:

  • Proven expertise in AVEVA System Platform, AVEVA Historian and MSSQL Reporting Services within industrial environments.
  • Extensive experience designing, implementing, and testing SCADA solutions.
  • Strong background in data management, system integration, and engineering documentation.
  • Familiarity with control system architectures, cybersecurity, and redundancy strategies.
  • Demonstrable ability to operate in highly regulated industries such as nuclear or defence.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Electronic, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
