We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Senior Technician to join a reputable automotive service centre in Romford. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced technicians looking to advance their career within a dynamic and professional environment. The successful individual will bring a strong technical background and a comprehensive understanding of vehicle repairs and maintenance.

  • Competitive basic salary of £34,123 per annum
  • OTE (On Target Earnings) of up to £65,000 per year
  • Working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
  • One in three Saturday mornings

Duties of the Senior Technician:
  • Performing a wide range of vehicle repairs, including clutch replacements, cambelt changes, gearboxes, and more
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
  • Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer standards and with high quality
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
  • Managing individual job times to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements of the Senior Technician:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Technician or in a similar role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
