Duties:
  • Diagnosing and repairing complex electrical and electronic faults on a range of modern vehicles
  • Performing servicing, inspections, and repairs including suspension, electrical, and gearbox work
  • Conducting engine replacements and transfer-case repairs as required
  • Utilizing diagnostic tools such as Autologic and Snap-on for precise fault finding
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Accurately recording all work carried out and liaising effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Senior Vehicle Technician requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Vehicle Technician within a Main Dealer or Independent Garage environment
  • Strong diagnostic, electrical, and fault-finding skills
  • Relevant Level 3 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex repairs confidently
  • Enthusiasm for mechanical problem solving and a proactive approach to technical challenges
