We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Vehicle Technician to join a busy and professional workshop in Maidstone. This is an excellent Senior Vehicle Technician opportunity for a skilled motor trade professional to advance their career within a reputable company that prioritises quality work and customer satisfaction.   • Competitive starting salary of £40,000, with an achievable OTE of £43,000
  • Hours Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, with no weekend work

Duties of a Senior Vehicle Technician:
  • Perform mechanical repairs, servicing, and diagnostics efficiently and accurately
  • Use Autel Diagnostics and other tools to identify faults and recommend appropriate repairs
  • Carry out engine replacements, cambelt changes, clutch repairs, and other mechanical work
  • Assist with routine maintenance such as oil changes and pollen filter replacements
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and professional service
Requirements of a Senior Vehicle Technician:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, Master Technician, or Semi-Skilled Technician
  • MOT licence is preferred, but not essential
  • Sound knowledge of diagnostic tools and techniques, with experience in fast-fit services advantageous
  • Strong mechanical skills with the ability to work independently and within a team
  • Relevant qualifications such as ATA or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Repair
  • Good communication skills and a commitment to quality work
