With ambitious plans to continue expanding, they are now looking for a Service Administrator to help keep the service operation running smoothly. You will be joining at an exciting time of growth, with the opportunity to develop alongside the business.

As A Service Administrator You Will:

• Manage engineers and their diaries, scheduling service and maintenance work.
• Process service reports and ensure all paperwork is completed.
• Send completed documentation and invoices to clients.
• Deal with general enquiries.
• Carry out general administrative duties to support the team.

As A Service Administrator You Must:

• Have previous experience in an administration role.
• Be highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Have a willingness to learn and develop within the industry.
• Service, engineering or technical administration experience would be beneficial.
• Live commutable to Weybridge.
