- 42.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Scheduling service engineers and coordinating daily workloads
- Handling customer and supplier calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Preparing job cards, service reports, estimates, and relevant documentation
- Maintaining accurate service records and database management
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Liaising with engineers, customers, and internal departments to ensure proactive communication
- Assisting the Workshop Manager with general administrative tasks
- Supporting the smooth operation of the service department and ensuring excellent customer service standards
- Previous experience in an administrative or service support role within the automotive or similar industry
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Confident communication, both written and verbal
- IT literate, with the ability to prioritise tasks and operate efficiently under pressure
- Customer-focused approach with a professional and friendly demeanour
- Residing within a reasonable commuting distance of Salisbury and Andover due to the relocation of the centre
