We are seeking a highly capable Service Administrator to join a reputable independent car garage group in Guildford. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with automotive experience looking to progress within a well-established, professional environment. The Service Administrator will be the primary point of contact for customer service and administrative functions within the service department.

Duties of the Service Administrator:
  • Managing customer service appointments and enquiries efficiently
  • Handling service administrative tasks and updating IT systems such as ECP or Autoworks
  • Communicating with customers over the phone and face-to-face
  • Organising workshop bookings and parts ordering
  • Ensuring effective communication between customers and the workshop team
  • Supporting the service department with broad administrative duties
  • Maintaining high levels of customer care and satisfaction
Requirements of the Service Administrator:
  • Previous experience in automotive service or administration roles
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in IT systems relevant to automotive service management (e.g., ECP, Autoworks)
  • Ability to work well within a team and deliver excellent customer care
  • Valid UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK
