- Proven experience as a Service Administrator, Service Advisor, or similar role within the automotive industry
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail with good administrative abilities
- Knowledge of workshop processes and vehicle tracking systems is advantageous
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle customer queries confidently
