The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy franchised main dealership in Swanley.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers on all service and repair requirements
• Handle technical queries professionally and efficiently
• Book vehicles into the workshop and manage job progress updates
• Liaise between the workshop, customers, and service management
• Cross-sell additional work, repairs, and parts where appropriate
• Accurately raise invoices and ensure smooth handover upon completion

Your Background & Skills

• Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership
• Strong technical understanding of vehicles and service processes
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Professional, well-presented, and highly organised
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Committed to delivering a first-class dealership experience
