This is a part-time position working 3 days per week, with flexibility on the days worked.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or customer-facing automotive role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Professional and friendly approach when dealing with customers.
- Managing customer servicing and repair enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Acting as the first point of contact for service customers, both in person and by telephone.
- Preparing and processing invoices accurately, including labour and parts calculations.
- Communicating repair requirements and associated costs to customers.
- Working closely with Workshop, Parts and Sales teams.
- Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Promoting additional servicing, repairs and related products where appropriate.
- Ensuring all customer queries are resolved promptly and effectively.
- £19,166.68 salary (equivalent to £31,944.47 full-time salary).
