SERVICE ADVISOR (TEMPORARY CONTRACT) (MOTOR TRADE)  

Position: Service Advisor

Location: Wilton SP2  

Hours of Work: 08:00 – 18:00 (Mon-Fri)

Rate of Pay: £13.00 - £15.00 Per Hour

SERVICE ADVISOR – THE ROLE:  

We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor on behalf of a highly reputable company within the automotive sector. This is a temporary contract, initially for 4-weeks with the potential to extend. In order to be considered for this post, you must have experience in a similar position within the automotive industry. The hours of work are 08:00 – 18:00 (Monday to Friday) and the rate on offer is £13.00 - £15.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

SERVICE ADVISOR – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing excellent levels of customer care and clear communication
  • Liaising closely with workshop staff regarding progress of work
  • Raising repair orders in-line with guidelines
  • Maintaining regular communication with customers regarding ongoing repairs
  • Maintaining up to date and detailed notes/records via the CRM system
