Are you a Service Advisor or similar with a background in the HGV or Commercial Vehicle industry looking for a stable, Monday to Friday position within a family-run automotive company known for its great working environment and commitment to its staff?

This role would suit a Service Advisor or similar with experience in costing, pricing, estimating, or invoicing within the HGV or Commercial Vehicle industry, looking for a permanent Monday to Friday position with a company that offers stability and progression.

In this role, the successful candidate will liaise with customers, generate estimates and invoices, complete general administration, and work towards company KPIs including recovery rates and lead times.

The Role:

• Answering phones and liaising directly with customers
• Generating estimates and invoices
• Supporting costing, pricing, and estimation activities
• Overseeing general administrative tasks within the depot
• Working as part of a close-knit team
• Working towards company KPIs including recovery rates and lead times
• Flexible starting and finishing times
• 8-hour days, Monday to Friday

The Person:

• Service Advisor or similar background
• Experience within the HGV or Commercial Vehicle industry
• Background in costing, pricing, estimation, or invoicing
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Looking for a permanent Monday to Friday position
• Commutable to Aylesford
