We are currently recruiting for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join an established Service Department in the Rendlesham Area.
This is a varied role, acting as the key link between customers, technicians, Parts and Warranty, ensuring repairs and servicing are managed efficiently and customers are kept informed throughout.
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within a Service Department or similar customer-facing environment.
- Experience within agricultural, construction, horticultural or automotive industries is desirable.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Confident building relationships with new and existing customers.
- Accurate record keeping, including job cards, service records and warranty administration.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to use your own initiative.
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment and making decisions when required.
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
- Comfortable working across both office and workshop environments.
- Full UK driving licence required, as occasional customer site visits may be necessary.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday,
Location: Rendlesham Area
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £28,000 + Bonus
