Service Advisor

Guildford Area | Main Dealer | Up to £38,000 OTE

Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to join a busy, professional main dealer with excellent earning potential and a supportive team?

We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a customer-focused Service Advisor to become a key part of their successful aftersales department. If you have previous motor trade experience and enjoy delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What's on Offer?

• Basic Salary: £32,000
• Bonus: Up to £6,000 per year
• OTE: Up to £38,000
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
• 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am - 12:00pm
• 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
• On-site parking

The Role

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding service experience from booking through to vehicle collection. Your duties will include:

• Greeting customers and managing service bookings
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
• Liaising with the workshop to ensure efficient workflow
• Explaining completed work and associated costs
• Upselling additional products and services where appropriate
• Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels

About You

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
• Confident using computer systems and dealer management software
• A positive, professional attitude with a team-focused approach
