We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Automotive Service Advisor to join a busy main dealership in Peterborough. Applicants must have previous automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales experience, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £32,000 basic
OTE: £39,800 with uncapped product bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays

- Manage the customer journey throughout vehicle servicing and repairs
- Keep customers updated on repair progress and completion times
- Schedule workshop appointments efficiently and accurately
- Recommend additional repairs and maintenance identified by Vehicle Technicians
- Promote relevant products including service plans, tyres and connected car services
- Complete pre-appointment calls and confirm customer requirements
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Automotive Service Advisor
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience identifying customer needs and additional sales opportunities
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, target-driven Aftersales environment
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
