Job Description

Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our client’s busy and successful dealership in Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and a background within the motor trade to develop their career within a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service and repair.

  • Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing the service schedule.

  • Liaising with customers throughout the day, providing updates on vehicle progress and any additional work required.

  • Upselling additional products and services where appropriate.

  • Preparing job cards, invoices, and associated paperwork.

  • Working closely with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.

  • A professional and positive attitude.

  • Full UK driving licence.
