Our client, a reputable franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealer group with multiple locations nationwide, is seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor for their busy Westbury dealership.

- Greet customers and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the service process
- Manage workshop loading, ensuring it remains current and optimised
- Keep customers informed proactively about vehicle repair progress
- Book vehicles in at convenient times, coordinating appointment schedules with workshop capacity
- Identify customer requirements and provide accurate, comprehensive quotations
- Produce detailed job cards, estimates, and invoices, ensuring data accuracy
- Explain maintenance work and repairs clearly to customers, maximising sales opportunities
- Generate warranty job cards in accordance with manufacturer policies
- Record all work requirements comprehensively, including retail, warranty, internal, and non-chargeable repairs
- Liaise with the Parts Department to ensure availability of necessary parts
- Work collaboratively with the Service Manager and team to uphold high service standards
- Liaise with vehicle manufacturers for warranty authorisations and procedures, ideally involving commercial vehicles
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor similar role within the automotive industry
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational abilities and IT literacy (experience with Kerridge/Keyloop preferable)
- A valid UK driving licence with minimal penalty points
- Knowledge of warranty procedures and familiarity with commercial vehicles is advantageous, but not essential
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
