Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
Benefits:
- A Competitive Basic Salary of up to £38,000.
- Annual Bonus
- Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00 (1 Hour lunch), 1 in 2 Saturdays 08:00 – 12:00

- Service Advisor experience with a Vehicle Dealership would be highly beneficial.
- Good sales skills & customer service experience.
- Keyloop Experience is beneficial but not essential.
- IT literacy is essential.
- Technical knowledge of vehicles, and vehicle parts is helpful, enabling to answer customer queries.
- Good organisational skills.
- A great team player.
- A personable approach to customers and fellow staff members.
- Contacting customers with progress of work updates, and being always on the front-foot
- Providing customer price, time, and scheduling estimates, aligned with company processes.
- Ensure the customers is notified promptly the completion of work.
- Proving customers with the full range of additional products and services available
- Creating invoices of work carried out.
- Upselling of products as a Service Advisor
- Using knowledge and experience to advise customers of necessary repair.
