We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a well-established dealership in Chingford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional seeking career progression within a reputable automotive business. The ideal individual will demonstrate a strong customer focus, organisational skills, and a solid understanding of automotive repair processes.

  • Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum
  • On target earnings of up to £44,000 annually
  • Monday to Friday working week, with 1 in 4 Saturdays (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Duties of the Service Advisor:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer needs are understood and met
  • Manage the service booking process from initial booking through to vehicle completion
  • Provide accurate advice to customers on vehicle repairs, maintenance, and recommendations
  • Write detailed and precise job cards as a Service Advisor
  • Upsell additional service and product options to maximise workshop productivity
  • Ensure all documentation and reports are completed efficiently and in line with company standards
  • Maintain effective communication with workshop and management teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures, and workshop processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
