We are representing a reputable main dealership in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their dynamic aftersales team. Duties of the Service Advisor:
  • Greet and welcome customers, managing service and repair bookings
  • Provide accurate estimates and vehicle advice to customers
  • Liaise effectively with the workshop team to ensure smooth communication
  • Keep customers updated on vehicle progress throughout the service process
  • Upsell additional products and services where appropriate
  • Manage invoicing procedures and vehicle handovers efficiently
  • Promote customer surveys to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
Requirements of the Service Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the motor trade
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems is advantageous
  • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a busy environment
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Full UK Driving Licence
