We are pleased to present an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor to join a reputable Commercial Main Dealer in Southampton, Hampshire. This role is ideal for a skilled and experienced Service Advisor seeking a position within a leading dealership that values customer service, professionalism, and career development.   • Competitive basic salary up to £36,000, dependent on experience
  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, with a 60-minute unpaid lunch break

Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Managing customer vehicle service bookings efficiently and professionally
  • Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support to build customer loyalty
  • Liaising with workshop technicians to ensure timely and effective vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Upselling service plans, maintenance packages, and parts where appropriate
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and detailed service documentation
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction levels are maximised to promote repeat business and positive reviews
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive dealership or workshop environment
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about delivering high standards of customer service
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and service processes desirable but not essential
  • Professional, friendly, and able to work effectively under pressure
