We are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our client's busy team in Truro. The successful Service Advisor will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the service department.

Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Providing excellent customer service by advising clients on vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Booking service appointments and managing customer expectations
  • Liaising with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
  • Upselling additional services and parts where appropriate
  • Maintaining accurate records and handling customer queries professionally
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy dealership environment
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and dealership management software
