We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable Preston dealership. This is a key customer-facing role, where you will act as the main point of contact between service customers and the workshop team, ensuring high standards of customer care and efficient service processes. 

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary up to £27,000, dependent on experience
  • Potential to earn up to £32,000 OTE
  • Monday to Friday working week, 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Alternate Saturdays worked, with time off in lieu

Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Welcoming service customers and managing their appointment needs
  • Handling all paperwork related to vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the service department
  • Effectively communicating vehicle progress and status updates to customers
  • Processing payments and follow-up actions to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within the motor trade industry 
  • Industry experience is essential; qualifications are not mandatory
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively
