Service Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Service Advisor in Croydon. This is a key role within a reputable franchised car dealership, offering excellent earning potential alongside career development opportunities. The successful individual will play a vital part in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the dealership's ongoing success.

Benefits: 
  • Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum
  • Uncapped OTE of up to £40,000 annually through bonuses
  • Performance-related bonuses up to £8,000 per year
  • Quarterly CSI bonus of £400
  • 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x rate
  • Monday to Friday working hours (8am – 6pm)

Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and professional engagement with clients
  • Manage service bookings, repairs, and customer requirements effectively
  • Upsell relevant products and services to maximise workshop revenue
  • Update e-job cards accurately using dealership management systems such as CDK, Kerridge, or 1 Link
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and strive to exceed dealership targets
  • Maintain clear communication with workshop and parts departments
  • Handle a high volume of customers daily, approximately 25 to 30
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor
  • Proven ability to upsell and exceed sales targets
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with dealership management software such as CDK, Kerridge, or 1 Link
  • Punctuality and a professional attitude
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent engagement skills
  • Motivated, proactive, and capable of working efficiently within a fast-paced environment
