Duties:
  • Interpreting customer concerns and liaising effectively with technicians to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments efficiently
  • Providing accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance work
  • Handling customer inquiries, queries, and complaints professionally
  • Tracking vehicle progress through the workshop and updating customers accordingly
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to promote satisfaction and loyalty
  • Communicating with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of work
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively 
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and workshop processes
  • Professional attitude with a customer-first approach
  • Willingness to contribute to team success and support ongoing business growth
  • Flexibility to work on a rota, including some Saturday mornings
