We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Service Advisor at their reputable dealership in Worthing, West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking a rewarding career with a well-established dealer group.

Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Liaise with customers regarding outstanding work and follow up on service plans
  • Log appointments, reservations, and MOTs accurately into the dealership database
  • Capture customer email addresses and assist in expanding the customer database
  • Deliver excellent customer service, advising on vehicle repairs and services
  • Obtain payments for work and repairs efficiently as a Service Advisor
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process
  • Complete detailed job cards
  • Coordinate with sales teams to promote new and used vehicle sales
  • Manage courtesy cars and ensure proper allocation
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
  • Approximately 12 months’ experience within an automotive Service Advisor role
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good attitude towards work at all times
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ideally, experience with Power DMS and RTC software
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of vehicles and common issues
