We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable franchised dealership in Edinburgh, seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated motor trade professional looking to develop their career within a well-established dealership.

Benefits as a Service Advisor:
  • Basic salary up to approximately £30,000, depending on experience
  • OTE up to £39,000 with achievable bonuses

Duties as a Service Advisor:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Relay technical information from Technicians to customers clearly and accurately
  • Upsell suitable services and products to maximise dealership revenue
  • Manage customer expectations and provide updates throughout the service process
  • Meet and exceed KPI targets through efficient workflow management
  • Administer job cards and maintain accurate records
Requirements as a Service Advisor:
  • Proven experience in a motor trade service department as a Service Advisor
  • Strong customer service skills and professional approach
  • Target-driven with a track record of achieving KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
