Duties of the Service Advisor position involve:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client needs are met
  • Managing service bookings and overseeing vehicle repair processes from start to finish
  • Advising customers on vehicle repairs and maintenance requirements
  • Writing accurate and detailed job cards
  • Upselling additional services and products to maximise workshop productivity
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
Requirements for the role include:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
  • Ability to work effectively within a busy dealership environment
