We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established dealership in Chingford. Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Greeting customers and providing expert advice on vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Liaising effectively with the workshop team to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Preparing quotations and discussing repairs, estimates, and work required with customers
  • Managing customer appointments, follow-ups, and feedback to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of service history and customer interactions
  • Ensuring high levels of customer communication and professionalism at all times
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor trade
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A professional, customer-focused approach to work
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple customer needs
