We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established franchise dealership in Epsom. This role offers the opportunity to work within a reputable service centre, delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. The successful Service Advisor will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth workshop operations.

Benefits for the successful Service Advisor:
  • Basic salary of £32,000 per annum, with potential to earn £36,000 – £38,000 OTE through uncapped bonuses
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Working hours Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm, with some Saturday mornings on a rota

Duties:
  • Providing outstanding customer service and managing client relationships effectively
  • Selling and upselling additional services and repairs to maximise workshop revenue
  • Advising customers on required repairs and maintenance, ensuring clear communication
  • Ensuring vehicles are serviced efficiently and to the highest standards
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and workshop records
  • Achieving individual and team sales targets to support business goals
  • Building long-term customer loyalty through professional and friendly service
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Knowledge of various car brands (preferred but not essential)
  • A proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
