We are recruiting for a Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a prestigious main dealership located in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor seeking stability and career advancement within a reputable, professional environment. The Service Advisor role is central to delivering exceptional customer service while contributing to the dealership’s continued success.

Duties:
  • Advising customers on vehicle maintenance and repair needs
  • Preparing and selling service and repair work to customers
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction
  • Liaising with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and vehicle history records
  • Promoting additional products and services to maximise earning potential
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
  • Professional attitude with a focus on delivering quality service
  • Full UK driving licence
