We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership located in North West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled motor trade professional to advance their career within a supportive and well-established environment.   • Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 6pm, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Duties of the Service advisor:
  • Greet customers warmly and accurately identify their vehicle service requirements
  • Explain requested work clearly and prepare detailed job cards
  • Manage service appointments and liaise with workshop technicians to ensure timely vehicle servicing
  • Upsell additional services and maintenance options where appropriate
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers through updates and progress reports
  • Complete all service documentation accurately and promptly
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service delivery and follow-up
Requirements of the Service advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the motor trade industry
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous approach
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and technical terminology is advantageous
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and administrative duties
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and dealership standards
