We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable automotive dealership in Oswestry, Shropshire. Duties of the Service Advisor:
  • Greet customers professionally and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Book vehicle service and repair appointments
  • Accurately record customer concerns and workshop job details
  • Act as liaison between customers and the workshop throughout the repair process
  • Keep customers informed about vehicle progress and additional work required
  • Promote and explain additional repair services where appropriate
  • Collaborate closely with the workshop team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records using dealership management systems, such as Kerridge/Drive or E-Dynamix
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures
Requirements of the Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good IT skills; experience with Kerridge/Drive or E-Dynamix is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Ford vehicles is beneficial but not essential
  • Full UK Driving Licence
