We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established dealership in Romford. This is an excellent Service Advisor opportunity for a motivated professional looking to progress their career within the motor trade. Our client offers a supportive and professional environment, committed to delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £30,000 per annum
  • Realistic OTE of up to £45,000 per year
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 6pm, with no weekend work

Duties:
  • Deliver excellent customer service and foster strong customer relationships
  • Book vehicle services and repairs efficiently, ensuring customer needs are met
  • Produce accurate and detailed job cards and repair estimates
  • Communicate effectively with the workshop team regarding job progress
  • Upsell additional services and maintenance opportunities where appropriate
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the service process
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong customer service ethos and a professional approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence
