- Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00am–6:00pm

- Welcome customers and manage service, maintenance, repair, and MOT bookings
- Listen to customer requirements and identify vehicle issues
- Prepare accurate job cards with detailed estimates
- Explain required work to customers and obtain authorisation
- Provide regular updates on vehicle progress and costs
- Liaise closely with technicians, workshop controllers, parts staff, and warranty teams
- Promote service plans, maintenance products, and additional services
- Complete professional vehicle handovers, explaining work performed and ensuring invoice accuracy
- Maintain high standards of administration and manufacturer compliance
- Contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction and dealership performance
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, or similar customer-facing automotive role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidently explain technical information to customers
- Calm, positive, and professional attitude in a busy environment
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Commercial awareness with a commitment to customer service
- Proficient in dealership management systems (Keyloop, Kerridge, 1Link desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
