Duties of the Service Advisor:
  • Managing customer workloads and scheduling in a busy dealership environment
  • Liaising extensively with workshop teams to chase work in progress and update customers
  • Delivering excellent customer service through strong communication skills, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Up-selling additional products and services where appropriate
  • Managing customer deadlines efficiently to meet department targets
  • Operating in a fast-paced environment with between 10 and 12 customer meetings per day
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to dealership policies and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements of the Service Advisor:
  • Recent or current experience within a dealership or similar automotive setting
  • Strong organisational and IT skills, with experience using Keyloop preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team and manage multiple tasks effectively
