We are representing a well-established, family-run garage in Sutton that is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor / Assistant Garage Manager. The Service Advisor / Assistant Garage Manager will play a vital part in supporting daily operations while providing a friendly and professional service to customers.

Duties:
  • Book customers in and manage the workshop schedule efficiently as the Service Advisor
  • Provide updates to customers regarding repair progress and vehicle status 
  • Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of work
  • Order parts and handle parts procurement in conjunction with the workshop
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to promote repeat business and client satisfaction
  • Support garage administrative tasks and assist with general management duties as required
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a senior service role within a garage environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Basic IT skills, including experience with garage management systems (system updates may be required)
  • Knowledge of workshop processes, vehicle repair, or service administration is essential
