We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Service Advisor to join their well-established, manufacturer-owned dealership in Staines. Duties:
  • Drive the business forward by increasing sales and profit margins
  • Book and manage customer appointments effectively
  • Match and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Process paperwork diligently to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain the dealership’s professional image and uphold quality service standards
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Service role within a garage or dealership environment
  • Full UK driving license
  • Kerridge experience is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of automotive trade and sales techniques
  • Motivated to enhance skills and knowledge
