We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Service Advisor position at a reputable dealership in Crewe. The Service Advisor will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient vehicle servicing and repair management, contributing to the success of our client’s busy dealership.

Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Greet customers professionally and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Book vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs
  • Keep customers informed on vehicle progress and explain repair recommendations clearly
  • Liaise with workshop staff to ensure timely completion of work
  • Prepare accurate estimates and handle customer queries efficiently
  • Promote additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate digital records and complete all necessary paperwork
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry
  • Minimum of 2 years dealership experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and multitasking skills
  • Confident with computer systems and software
  • Full UK driving licence desirable
  • Right to work in the UK
