- Manage service bookings and communicate vehicle repair and servicing requirements clearly.
- Liaise with customers throughout the service process.
- Assist with workshop scheduling to ensure vehicles are completed efficiently.
- Identify upselling opportunities and promote relevant dealership services.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professional communication.
- Complete administration associated with service department operations.
- The Service Advisor will support the smooth and efficient running of the aftersales department.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing motor trade role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Face-to-face customer interaction experience.
- A full valid UK driving licence.
- A professional attitude and proactive approach to work.
- The successful Service Advisor will be organised, customer-focused and committed to delivering a high-quality experience.
