This Service Advisor / Receptionist position offers a salary of up to £30,000, working Monday to Friday with a Saturday rota. You will support the smooth operation of a busy workshop while delivering a professional service to every customer.

- As Service Receptionist, act as the first point of contact for customers in person and by telephone.
- Handle customer enquiries, discuss available services and provide accurate quotations for vehicle maintenance and repair work.
- Book vehicles into the workshop for servicing, MOTs, tyre fitting and other repairs.
- Manage customer appointments and online bookings efficiently.
- Process invoices and payments accurately as the Service Advisor
- Complete general administration, including parts purchasing, paperwork and document scanning.
- Prepare job sheets and ensure required parts are ordered in advance.
- Liaise with technicians and colleagues to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Keep customers informed and maintain consistently high standards of customer service.
- Previous experience in a customer service or reception role is preferred.
- The successful Service Receptionist will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities, with good attention to detail.
- Confidence using computer systems and managing bookings, invoices and customer payments.
- Ability to multitask effectively within a busy automotive environment.
- Reliable, proactive and customer-focused approach as the Service Advisor
- Previous automotive industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
