- This Senior Front of House Advisor / Service Advisor position offers a basic salary of £40,000–£45,000, depending on experience, plus bonus.
- Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00am to 5:30pm.

- The Senior Front of House Advisor / Service Advisor will maximise sales opportunities arising from vehicle health checks, inspections and diagnostic reports.
- Present recommended repairs and additional work confidently and professionally to customers.
- Convert inspection findings into authorised work to maximise workshop revenue.
- Provide clear advice regarding servicing, maintenance and vehicle repairs.
- Manage customer communications throughout the service process.
- Work closely with technicians to identify and communicate additional work requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales and performance objectives.
- The successful Senior Front of House Advisor / Service Advisor will have proven experience as a Service Advisor or Front of House Advisor within the motor trade.
- Strong automotive knowledge and a demonstrable track record of converting vehicle inspections and health checks into additional workshop sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Experience within an independent garage, main dealership or both environments.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach, with the confidence to maximise appropriate sales opportunities.
- The ability to work effectively within a busy service department.
- Experience with structured vehicle inspections and health checks is particularly important.
